Phlox paniculata 'Nicky' is a cultivar of tall garden phlox, an upright phlox species that blooms from mid to late summer across much of the Eastern United states. The 'Nicky' cultivar is noted for its compact size of only 2-3' tall, its long bloom season, and its vibrant, almost neon, purple-pink flowers.

Blooming from mid summer to early fall atop firm, upright stems, 'Nicky' is sun-loving, though it can also tolerate some light shade. A versatile and hardy pick for any garden, Phlox paniculata 'Nicky' is tolerant of clay and black walnut soils and resistant to rabbit and deer damage. This cultivar's eye-catching blooms are lightly fragrant and attract butterflies, pollinators, and hummingbirds, and they also make for great cut flowers.
