Heuchera x 'Pink Panther' is a hybrid coral bell cultivar noted for its vibrant, glossy, somewhat metallic pink-purple foliage as well as all of the other features of typical coral bells that growers love. Shade-loving, low maintenance, and producing beautiful spikes of bell-shaped flowers from early spring well into the fall, 'Pink Panther' is a great low-growing addition to any shaded area, and works excellently as an underplanting.

Heuchera typically grow to under 12" tall, with flower spikes rising slightly above this height, and are commonly ignored by browsing deer. Pink blooms, rising above the foliage on dark purple stems, are attractive to butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds, and the natural mounding behavior of 'Pink Panther' means they will grow happily in groups or when planted next to other shade-loving perennials; not limited to just one place, however, 'Pink Panther' is also fully tolerant of sun and part-sun conditions.

Although 'Pink Panther' is a hybrid, all ornamental Heuchera species are native to North America.
