Heuchera x 'Berry Smoothie' is a hybrid coral bell cultivar noted for its eye-catching and vibrant pink-purple foliage with all of the other features of typical coral bells that growers love. Shade-loving, low maintenance, and producing beautiful spikes of bell-shaped flowers from early spring well into the fall, 'Berry Smoothie' is a great low-growing addition to any shaded area, and works excellently as an underplanting.

Heuchera typically grow to under 12" tall, with flower spikes rising slightly above this height, and are commonly ignored by browsing deer. Blooms are attractive to butterflies, and the natural mounding behavior of 'Berry Smoothie' means they will grow happily in groups or when planted next to other shade-loving perennials.

Although 'Berry Smoothie' is a hybrid, all ornamental Heuchera species are native to North America.
