In the medium range for chili peppers, and noted for their bright yellow hue, hot Banana peppers are are medium-long peppers (approximately 4-6") in the 5,000-10,000 Scoville range with a mild flavor that makes them perfect for pickling.
For most Banana peppers, the recommended spacing is 18-24" apart, and individual plants grow upright to a manageable height of 18-24".
