Diamond eggplants are a standout selection of black eggplant, noted for their early and prolific fruit set. Fruits have a mild flavor with no bitterness and a fine, creamy texture, making them an excellent choice for roasting.
Mature plants resemble tomato plants in terms of size and structure, and recommended spacing is 18-24" from other plants. Mature fruits are 6-8" long.
Plants are available in 4" pots beginning the week of 4/28.
