'Dancer' eggplants are a light purple/dark pink Italian eggplant variety that produces fruit around 7-8" long with mild flavor, soft flesh, and even-colored glossy skin; plants are sturdy and high yielding.
Mature plants can reach up to 3' in height and have a structure similar to tomato plants; recommended spacing is 18-24" from other plants. Lighter colored eggplants tend to mature faster than darker eggplants like the 'Diamond' variety.
