The Shuko cultivar of pak choi (different from bok choy only in the color of its stems) is an excellent Chinese cabbage for use in soups, salads, stir fries, and a variety of culinary uses.
Grows to 6-18" tall, best planted 6-12" apart. Typically matures enough for moderate harvest in 45-50 days, best harvested before they begin flowering.
