An open, vase-shaped bok choy notable for its red-green stems and showy purple and green leaves. Makes for an excellent harvest as a young green for adding to salads and stir-fries.
Grows to 10-12" tall, best spaced 12-15" apart; harvest individual leaves or full heads before plants begin to flower.
Available as CP72 plugs, rooted soil blocks 1.5" x 1.5" x 2.25" deep, beginning the week of 3/17.
