Eupatorium perfoliatum
(American Boneset)
Excellent, wet-loving wildflower grows to around 3-4’ tall; perfect for pollinators with plenty of showy, white, lace cap flower clusters. Blooms from early summer to mid fall. Companion plant with a dwarf Joe Pye weed like ‘Little Joe’ for even better pollinator appeal in multiple colors.
Carex laxiculmis Bunny Blue™
(Spreading Sedge)
Beautiful evergreen sedge with wide, blue-tinted, grassy foliage, perfect for partial to full shade areas. 6-14” tall with a spreading behavior to about 18” wide, keeps its color from spring well into winter. Mix with shade loving perennial wildflowers like blue-stemmed goldenrod for multi-color multi-season appeal.
Ilex verticillata Berry Poppins®
(Dwarf Winterberry Holly)
Beautiful and compact winterberry holly cultivar is already starting to produce berries in August. Grows to only 3-4’ tall and wide, and produces showy berries that last through winter. Berry Poppins® requires a male pollinator holly like Ilex verticillata Mr. Poppins® to produce its beautiful bird-friendly berries.

(Franklin Tree)
Ornamental flowering tree noted for its huge tropical blooms in the mid to late summer and fascinating botanical history. Grows to 10-25’ tall and wide and prefers full sun or partial shade. Companion plant with spring-blooming ornamental trees like flowering dogwood to create a longer floral display.
