Growing similarly to spinach in a rounded bunch, tatsoi (also known as tat choy) is a Chinese cabbage noted for its leafy green spinach-like leaves and crispy, juicy, white stems. Perfect for stir-fries, salads, and soup garnish.

Typically matures for first harvest in around 25 days, but reaches full-size for bunch-wise harvesting around the 45 day mark.

Lush leaves are produced in a rosette 6-12" tall, and should be spaced about 6-12" apart.

Plants are available as CP72 plugs (1.5" x 1.5" x 2.25"). Tatsoi is an extremely cold hardy plant, and late-season plugs will be available starting the week of 7/29.

If you buy 10 or more plug starters, save $0.25 on each!
