Winterbor kale is a curly, cool season kale variety with dark gray-green leaves, tall structure, good yield, and cold hardiness.
Typically matures in around 45-60 days, but can be harvested leaf-wise as it matures.
Lush leaves are produced on a central stalk up to 2' tall, and should be spaced about 18-24" apart.
Plants are as CP72 plugs (1.5" x 1.5" x 2.25"). Early season plants are available the week of 3/15, late season plugs are available the week of 8/5.
