Dancer eggplants are a light purple/dark pink Italian eggplant around 7-8" long, with mild flavor, soft flesh, and even-colored glossy skin; plants are sturdy and high yielding.
Typically matures for fruit production in around 65 days.
Mature plants can reach up to 3' in height and have a structure similar to tomato plants; good spacing is between 18-24".
Plants are available in 4" pots the week of 4/29.
