The Joi Choi cultivar of bok choy is noted for its flattened white stems, its broad, heavy structure, and its dark green leaves.
Perfect for soups, stir frys, and a variety of culinary uses, Joi Choi is also tolerant to both heat and cold conditions.
Grows to 12-15" tall, best planted 10-12" apart.
Typically matures enough for moderate harvest in 45-50 days, best harvested before they begin flowering.
Available as CP72 plugs, rooted soil blocks 1.5" x 1.5" x 2.25" deep.
Early season plugs available the week of 3/5, late season plugs available the week of 7/29.
